Özet
Kliniğimize getirilen bir ceylanda sol bacakta medial patella çıkığına rastlandı. Olgunun sağaltımı Stader yöntemine benzer şekilde yapıldı. Bu yöntemle; patellanın lateralinde fascia lata'darı, birinin tabanı proksirnalde, diğerinin tabanı distalde olacak şekilde iki adet fasial şerit çıkarıldı. Fasia lata üzerine, patellanın lateralinde iki adet delik açıldı ve hazırlanan fasial şeritler bu deliklerden geçirildi. Fasial şeritlerin çıkarıldığı fascia lata'daki ensizyon hattı birbirine dikildi. Fasial şeritler patellanın normal konumunu koruyacak gerginlikte kendi üzerlerine dikildi. Operasyon sonrası pasif olarak bacağa fleksiyon ve ekstansiyon hareketlerinin kolaylıkla yaptırılabildiğî belirlendi. Ceylan 1 ay süreyle izlendi ve yapılan operasyonun olumlu sonuç verdiği saptandı.
Abstract
Medial luxatio patella was observed on the left leg of an antelope brought into our clinic. Treatment of the case was conducted the way similar to Stader Method. With this method, two fascial strips were remowed from the Fascia lata being lateral to patella so that one's sole being at proximal and the other's at distal position. Two punctures were performed on Fascia lata placed laterally to patella. Incision line on Fascia lata from which fascial strips had been removed were sutured. Fascial strips were sutured on themselves, in order for maintaining the normal tension of the patella. In post-operational period, it was observed that passive flexion and extension movements could easily be exercised. The antelope was kept under observation for 1 month and it was determined that the operation conducted rectified the luxatio patella.
