Özet
Olgu 35 kg ağırlığında, 2 yaşında erkek Labrador ırkı köpekti. Köpeğin 2, 5 aylıktan itibaren idrarını kaçırdığı öğrenildi. Hastaya; laboratuar, radyografık, ultrasonografik ve bilgisayarlı tomografi teknikleriyle sol unilateral ektopik ureter tanısı konuldu. Ultrasonografide hidroureter ile birlikte sol böbrekte hidronefroz oluştuğu görüldü. Sistotomide ektopik ureterin intramural özellikte olduğu belirlendi. İntraveziküler diversiyon-neoureterostomi tekniği ile idrarın kese içine akması sağlandı. Dikişleri alındığında idrar kaçırmanın tamamen ortadan kalktığı görüldü. Operasyon sonrası, birer ay arayla altı ay boyunca ultrasonografık görüntüler alındı. Sol böbreğin ve ureter'in hacminde küçülme saptandı. Olgu tamamen sağlığına kavuştu.
Abstract
The case was a 2 year-old male Labrador, weighing 35kg. The dog had shown urinary incontinence since 2, 5 months of age according to owners suggest. Using laboratory, radiography, ultrasonography and computerised tomography techniques, a left unilateral ectopic urether was diagnosed. In ultrasonography, hydronephrosis was observed in the left kidney as well as hydrourether. Using cystotomy, the ectopic urether was determined to be intramural. The flow of urine into the bladder was provide by the technique of intravesicular diversion- neoureterostomy. When the sutures were removed, it was seen that the incontinence had completely disappeared. Ultrasonographic views were recorded at monthly intervals for 6 months after the operation. A decrease was observed in the size of the left kidney and urether. It was recovered completely.
