Bir dişi buzağıda fissura abdominalis olgusu

Özet

Dicle Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Poliklinigi’ne getirilen Güney Anadolu Kırmızısı (GAK) ırkı, 4 yasında bir inekte görülen güç dogum olgusu, müdahale ile dogurtuldu. Dogan buzagının yapılan klinik muayenesinde abdominal bölgede 21 cm’lik bir yarık oldugu tespit edildi. Bu yarık bölgesinden bagırsakların evantre oldugu görüldü. Buzagının güç dogum nedeniyle bitkin oldugu saptandı. Klinik muayenede olgunun ölümle sonuçlanabilen önemli bir defekt olan fissura abdominalis oldugu kanaatine varıldı. Anomali teshis edildikten 10–15 dakika sonra fissuranın kapatılması için herniorraphy operasyonu yapıldı. Ancak buzagı operasyondan çıktıktan 13 saat sonra öldü.

Abstract

Four years old a homebreed Red South Anatolia (GAK) cattle that dytocia occurred was brought to Dicle University Veterinarian Faculty and cattle birth with assistance. At the time of clinical examination of calf abdomen a fissure was detected in this area which exceeded 21 centimeters. Intestines were protruding from fissure area. In spite of calf live after birth because of to be carried out extraction force calf exhausted. Make decision that case was fatal defect fissura abdominalis. After detected anomaly, the calf underwent surgery to fix abdominal fissure (herniorraphy). But 13 hour after operation the calf died.
