Özet
Bu çalışmadia Ağustos-Eylül 1989 tarihleri arasında Van ilinde muhtelif yerlerden temin edilen 8 adet dondurma numunesi incelenmiştir. Dondurma numunelerinde total bakteri, coliform grubu mikroorganizmalar, maya ve küf ile StafilokokIarın sayımı yapılmıştır. Sonuçlar, sırası ile 1 gr. numunede ortalama 164.877, 1721, 4694, 837.5 olarak bulunmuştur.
Abstract
in this study, 8 ice-cream samples colected from several shops in Van, in Augııst and September. in 1989, were examined for the count of total bacteria microorganisma of coliform group, yeast, mould and the number of Staphylococcus. All the results are given in table 2
