HbA1c diyabetli grupta P0.05). GSH-Px düzeyi diyabetli grupta azalmış (P
Abstract
Diabetes Mellitus is the results of deficiency of insulin secretion and effect was studied on Wistar rats in this research. Rats were randomly divided into 2 groups, 10 rats were healthy control and 20 rats were sick group. To develop experimental diabetes 45 mg/kg streptozotocine was administrated intraperiteonally to 20 rats in sick group. HbA1c, MDA, GSH-Px and SOD analysis were performed to blood samples of all rats. The levels HbA1c were increased significantly P0.05). GSH-Px activity was significantly decreased in sick group, SOD activity was increased but statistical significance was not detected (P≤0.05). As conclusion, HbA1c was important parameters for the diagnosis at Diabetes mellitus, antioxidant enzyme activity changes could be important for the prognosis of Diabetes mellitus and clinicians must be careful and take in consideration of these changes during the treatment of their diabetic patient.
