Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti'nde Dinî Yapı ve Müslüman Milliyetler

Özet

Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti, çok uluslu ve çok inançlı Mançu Çing imparatorluğunun ana sınırları üzerinde kurulmuş bir sosyalist halk cumhuriyetidir. ÇKP yönetimi sosyalist ideolojisine uygun olarak ülkedeki etnik, kültürel ve dini farklılıkları ka-bul ettiğini yasalarıyla belirtmiştir. Fakat Çin bürokrasi geleneği farklılıkların genelde Çin dili ve kültürü eksenin erimesini sağlar. Günümüzde Çin'de 56 mil-liyet ve çok çeşitli dini inanç grupları olduğu bilinse de ülkedeki tek partili rejim farklılıkların sürekli yaşayarak gelişmesini politik uygulamaları ile kısıtlamaya başlamıştır. Son yıllarda uygulamaya koyduğu tek dillilik ve tek kültürlülük po-litikaları ile ülkedeki farklılıkların Çin kültürü içinde erimesi sürecini hızlandır-mıştır.Bu makalede Çin Halk Cumhuriyetindeki dini yapı üzerinde durularak, Çin'de Müslümanlık ve Çin'deki 10 Müslüman milliyet hakkında genel bilgiler verilecek-tir. Ayrıca, Çin'deki Müslüman milliyetlerin kültürlerini yaşatma sürecinde kar-şılaştıkları sorunlara da değinilecektir.

Abstract

The People's Republic of China is a socialist people's republic founded on the main borders of the multi-national and multi-faith Manchu Qing empire. The administ-ration of CCP has stated in its laws that it accepts ethnic, cultural and religious differences in the country in accordance with its socialist ideology. But the tradi-tion of the Chinese bureaucracy in generally provides the melt down of differences in the axis of Chinese language and culture. Today, it is known that there are 56 nationalities and various religious belief groups in China, but the single party regime in the country has begun to restrict the development of differences by con-tinuous living with its political practices. The monolinguals and monoculturally policy that it has put forth in recent years have accelerated the process of dissemi-nation of differences in the country into Chinese culture.İn this article, it would be given general information about 10 Muslim nationa-lities who believe in Islam by focusing on the religious structure of the People's Republic of China. However, it would be addressed the problems encountered by the Muslim nationalities in the process of protecting their cultures in China.
