Özet

Son dönemin yoğun tartışma konularından yerlilik felsefi anlamda daha çok mekan üzerinden izah edilmektedir. Mekanın farklı formlar kazanmış halleri olan coğrafya ve vatan bağlamları açısından doğal okuması kadar, bir diğer okuma yolu da zaman ve tarih bağlamında bir okumadır. Bu yazı kapsamında, zamanın insan, toplum/millet, coğrafya/mekan/vatan ve son olarak devlet bakımından ne anlama geldiğini izaha çalışacağız.

Abstract

Nativeness, which is one of the intense discussion of the topics of the recent period, is explained more through location by means of philosophical sense.In addition to the natural reading (view) of the location in terms of geography and homeland contexts, which have gained different forms, another reading method (viewpoint) is a reading in the context of time and history. In the framework of this article, we will try to explain what is the role of the time in terms of human-being, society/nation, geography/ space/homeland and finally the state.
