Özet
Amaç: İnsan vücudundaki doğal açıklıklar cerrahi girişimlerin uygulanabilmesi için kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Biz de burada ilk transvajinal kolesistektomi deneyimlerimizi sizlere sunmak istedik. Gereç ve Yöntem: İki semptomatik kolelitiyazis olgusuna needloskopi yardımlı transvajinal kolesistektomi uygulandı. Bulgular: Her iki hastadada transvajinal kolesistektomi başarıyla uygulandı. Morbiditeye rastlanmadı. Ameliyat sonrası ağrının azlığı dikkat çekici idi. Sonuç: Başdöndürücü hızla gelişen tıp teknolojileri daha az invaziv cerrahi girişimleri araşatırmakta ve cerrahları bu alana yönlendirmektedir. Her ne kadar biz akademisyenler yeni cerrahi girişimleri kanıta dayalı bilgiler sonrası rutin cerrahi uygulamalarda kullansak ta, referans merkezleri olarak yeni teknikleri takip etmekte öncü olmalıyız.
Abstract
Aim: Natural orifices of the human body are becoming popular as the new routes through which surgical procedures can be performed. Herein we would like to present the first national transvaginal cholecystectomy cases. Materials and Methods: Two symptomatic female cholelithiasis cases underwent successful transvaginal cholecystectomies. Results: Two cases have undergone successfull transvaginal cholecystectomies. No morbidity occurred. Less postoperative pain was considerable. Conclusion: Amazingly fast developing medical technologies are leading and searching for less invasive surgical procedures. Even though as academicians we are looking for an evidence based data to practice routinely new surgical interventions, we should also be pioneers to catch-up the newest modalities as tertiary experienced centers.
