Pankreas koruyucu duodenektomi: Olgu sunumu

Abstract

Here in, we present 38 year-old male patient whom we performed pancreas preserving duodenectomy after gastric resection with positive margine. This surgical procedure which is a very rare entity is discussed in the review literature.
