Peptik ülser perforasyonu ile karıştırılabilen rektosigmoid perforasyon: Olgu sunumu

Özet

Kolonun spontan perforasyonu çok ender görülen bir hastalıktır ve genellikle yaşlılarda ve kronik konstipasyonu olanlarda izlenir. Bu hastalık yüksek mortalite oranlarına sahiptir. Biz bu yazıda, literatürün aksine, genç ve konstipasyon hikayesi olmayan spontan kolon perforasyonlu bir olguyu sunuyoruz. Kolon perforasyonu çok ender gözlendiği için genellikle hekimler tarafından gözardı edilmektedir. Özellikle yaşlı ve konstipasyonu bulunan hastalarda ön-tanılar arasında mutlaka yer almalı ve ayrıca, genç hastalarda da görülebileceği de unutulmamalıdır.

Abstract

Spontaneos perforation of the colon is a rare condition. It is often seen in elderly patients and especially associated with chronic constipation. This disease has a high mortality rate. In contrast with the literature, in this article we report a spontaneous colonic perforation case in a young man without chronic constipation. Colonic perforation is usually misdiagnosed by the clinicians since it occurs rarely. It must be taken into consideration by the clinicians in the pre-diagnostic period, especially in elderly patients with constipation and it should also be kept in mind that it can be also observed in young patients.
