Özet
Posttravmatik leptomeningeal kistler (PTLMK), kafatasinm diastatik kmklannm nadir bir komplikasyonudur. Genellikle cocuklarda ve parietal bolgedegdrulur. Olusmasiicin ktnkaltmdakiduramn dayirtilmasi zorunludur. Beyin pukasyonu ve otusmus leptomeningeal kist zamanla ktnk hattmda acilmaya yol acar. Klinik bulgular cocukluk ve eriskin yas grubunda birbirinden farkhdir. Tedavi cerrahi duzeltmedir. ^ahsmada son 4yil icinde tedavi edilen PTLMKU7 olgu sunulmaktadir. Olgulann 57 cocukluk, 2'si eriskin yas grubundadir. Turn olgularda oykude yuksekten dusme saptanmis ve PTLMK tiimiinde 20 giin-20 yil arasmda gelismistir. Cocuk olgular kafada sekil bozuklugu, eriskinler ise nobet vebas agrtsiyakinmalan He basviirmuslardir. Olgular cerrahi olarak tedavi edilmistir.
Abstract
Posttraumatic leptomeningeal cysts are rare complications ofdiastatic skull fracture, occurring almost in childhood and parietal region. Disruption of the underlying dura is necessary in paihogenesis. The normal growth of the brain, cerebral pulsations and cystic lesion cause to enlargement of the fracture edges. Surgical repair is the treatment ofchoiceJn the Iast4years, we have managed 7 cases of growing skull fracture. All patients had a history offallingfivm a height. The time interval between the trauma and presentation was variable between 20 days to 20 years. The most common clinical feature was local swelling in children, while seizure and atypical headache in adults. Dural repair and cranioplasty was performed in all patients.
