Özet
Bu cahsmada olumcul olabilen Fournier gangreni hakktnda literaturii kendimizin tedavi ettigi 18 hasta He birlikte tekrar gozden gecirdik. Klinigimizde tedavi edilen 18fournier gangrenli hastamn tibbi kayttlan kullamldi. 10 hastadapredispozanfaktor olarak diabet saptandt. 17 hastada genis debridman, 3 hastada sekonder sutiirasyon ve 3 hastada sekonder olarak plastik cerrahi girisimlergerekti. 16 hastada iyilesme saglandi. Erken tarn, predispozanfaktorlerin goz onunde bulundurulmasi, genis spektrumlu antibiyotik tedavisi ve genis cerrahi debridmahla Fournier gangreni kolayltkla tedavi edilebilir bir hastahktir.
Abstract
In this study we reviewed the related literature about Fournier's gangrene with 18 patients admitted to our clinic with this entity. The records of 18 patients with Fournier1 gangrene treated in our clinic were retrospectively reviewed. Diabetes mellitus was a predisposing factor in 10 patients. Extensive debridments were made to 17 patients, seconder suturing to three patients whereas 3 patients required secondary reconstructive surgery. 16 patients recovered primarily. With early diagnosis, treating predisposing factors, broad spectrum antibiotic therapy and extensive surgical debridment, Fournier's gangrene, a lethal disease, can easily be managed.
