Abstract

Tracheobronchial injuries are rarely seen. Injury in the bronchus is closed by mucus plug it prevented the diagnose in early hospitalization period. The patient who was discharged following blunt chest, trauma was rehospitalizedfor atelectasia was operated with the diagnosis of right bronchial rupture.
