Özet
Yapılan bu araştırmanın amacını, Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Liselerinde Turizm Eğitimi almakta olan öğrencilerin eğitim memnuniyetlerinin tespit edilmesiyle beraber gelecek beklentilerinin ortaya konulması oluşturmaktadır. Bu amacın gerçekleştirilmesi için oluşturulan anket formu, 2014-2015 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında araştırma evrenindeki iki farklı Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesinde Yiyecek İçecek Hizmetleri alanında eğitim gören 137 kız öğrenci üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan 10,11 ve 12. sınıfta eğitim gören öğrencilerin eğitim memnuniyetlerini tespit etmek amacıyla hazırlanan anket sorularına verilen cevaplar sınıf düzeyinde analiz edilmiş; verilen cevapların sayı ve yüzdesi, aritmetik ortalaması, standart sapması hesaplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin; bölümlerini sevdikleri, ancak yiyecek içecek hizmetleri sektöründe çalışma, iş bulabilme konularında kararsız oldukları ve bunun yanında öğrencilerin eğitimini almış oldukları mesleklerinin gelecekte ekonomik anlamda kendilerine sunacağı maddi imkanlar konusunda kaygılı oldukları tespit edilmiştir
Abstract
The Aim of this research is to identify the education satisfaction of the students getting tourism education at the technical and vocational Anatolian High Schools and also identifying their future goals.The survey form designed to serve this aim was applied on the 2014-2015 education year on 137 female students who are being educated on food and beverage services at two different technical and vocational Anatolian High Schools. The answers given to this survey aiming to identify the education satisfaction and the future goals of these students from 10th, 11th and 12th grade were analyzed on the level of grades they were studying at; and the number and percentage of the given answers, arithmetic mean and standard deviation were taken into account. As a result of the survey it was concluded that the students who took the survey enjoyed their departments; However, had doubts about working, finding jobs and getting economically satisfied by working at the food and beverages services.
