Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı “beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin mesleki etik ilkelere” uyma düzeyini ölçmek için geliştirilen ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirliğini yeniden test etmektir. Araştırma tarama modelindedir. Araştırmanın verileri, 308 beden eğitimi öğretmeninden oluşan çalışma grubundan elde edilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı ölçekte, 32 madde ve dört alt boyut yer almaktadır. Profesyonellik boyutunda 14 madde, sorumluluk boyutunda 8 madde, dürüstlük boyutunda 5 madde, saygı boyutunda 4 madde yer almıştır. Ölçek seçenekleri, hiç katılmıyorum ile tam katılıyorum arasında, bu seçeneklerin değerleri ise 1-5 arasında değişmektedir. Ölçeğin geçerlik çalışması için madde toplam korelasyon katsayılarına bakılmış, faktör yapısını test etmek için doğrulayıcı faktör analizi uygulanmıştır. Güvenirlik için ise Cronbach’s Alpha katsayısı hesaplanmıştır. Ölçeğin, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile boyut geçerliliği test edilmiştir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonucu ortaya çıkan model uyum indeksleri değerlendirilmiş, uyum indekslerinin kabul edilebilir düzeyde olduğu saptanmıştır. Ölçeğin bütününe ilişkin Cronbach’s Alpha katsayısı 0,91 bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak, “beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin mesleki etik ilkeleri ölçeği”nin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu saptanmıştır.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to retest the validity and reliability of the scale developed to measure the level of compliance of "physical education teachers with professional ethical principles". Research is in the screening model. Data from the study were obtained from the study group of 308 physical education teachers. The data collection tool has 32 items and four sub-dimensions on the scale. There were 14 items in the professionalism dimension, 8 items in the responsibility dimension, 5 items in the honesty dimension and 4 items in the respect dimension. Scale options vary between never agreeing and fully agreeing, with the values of these options ranging from 1 to 5. For the validity study, item total correlation coefficients were examined, and confirmatory factor analysis was applied to test the factor structure. For reliability, Cronbach's Alpha coefficient is calculated. The validity of the scale was tested by confirmatory factor analysis. The model adaptation indices which were obtained as a result of confirmatory factor analysis were evaluated and it was determined that adaptation indices were acceptable. The Cronbach's Alpha coefficient for the whole scale was found to be 0.91. As a result, it was determined that "professional ethical principles scale of physical education teachers" is valid and reliable.
