Özet
Sarkoidoz, etyolojisinde çevresel ve genetik etmenlerin rol oynadığı granülomatoz bir hastalıktır. İnsan lökosit antijenleri (HLA) ile saptanan bazı bağlantılar ve ırksal dağılım nedeniyle hastalıkta genetik etkenlerin önemli rol oynadığı düşünülmektedir. Ülkemizde ailevi sarkoidoz sadece iki seride tanımlanmıştır. Bu makalede literatür bilgileri eşliğinde sarkoidoz tanısı alan bir baba-oğul sunulmuştur.
Abstract
Sarcoidosis is a granulomatous disorder which enviromental and genetic factors play role. Racial distribution and detection of relationship with human leukocyte antigens (HLA) suggest that genetic factors act a main role. Familial sarcoidosis is described just in two series in our country. In view of literature we presented a son and a father diagnosed as sarcoidosis.
