Özet
Spontan pnömomediastinum mediasten içinde hava bulunması olarak tarif edilir ve nadir görülen klinik bir durumdur. Polikliniğimize göğüs ağrısı ve boğazında tıkanıklık hissi ile başvuran bu olgu özellikle göğüs ağrılarının ayırıcı tanısında spontan pnömomediastinumun düşünülmesi gereğini vurgulamak amacı ile sunulmuştur.
Abstract
Spontaneous pneumomediastinum is a rarely seen clinical entity which is defined as existence of air in mediastinum. This patient referred to our out patient clinic with chest pain and feeling of throat obstructıon. Therefore this case is particulary presented to emphasize that in differential diagnosis of chest pain spontaneous pneumomediastinum should be remembered
