Özet
Rektus kılıf hematomu hemen daima akut abdomen semptomlarını taklit eder. Çoğunlukla epigastrik damarların spontan rüptürü ve daha az olasılıkla rektus kas liflerinin yırtılması sonucuyla ortaya çıkar. 1 yıllık period içerisinde akut apandisit ve incarsere abdominal herni kliniği veren 4 rektus kılıf hematomlu hasta saptadık. Rektus kılıf hematomu tüm hastalarda Batın ultrasonu ve 1 hastada Batın tomografisi ile tanımlandı.
Abstract
Rectus sheath hematoma almost always mimics the symptoms of acute abdomen. Generally caused by spontaneously rupture of epigastric vessels. Within a period of 1 year, we encountered four patients with a small rectus sheath hematoma, presenting with clinical signs of appendicitis, hernia. The rectus sheath hematoma was diagnosed by ultrasound in all cases and computed tomography in one patient.
