Özet

Nötropenik enterokolit (NE), nötropeninin sık görülmeyen bir komplikasyonudur. Hastaların çoğunluğu akut lösemi nedeniyle kemoterapi görenlerdir. Cerrahi olarak tedavi edilen aplastik anemiyle ilişkili bir NE vakasını sunuyoruz.

Abstract

Neutropenic Enterocolitis (NE) is an unusual complication of neutropenia. Most of the patients are undergoing chemotherapy for acut leukemia. We present a patient with NE associated with aplastic anemia who treated by surgery.
