Özet

Makalede, kliniğimize, karına ve göğüs boşluğuna kanama nedeni ile başvuran, TiP IV Eh-lers-Danlos sendromlu 12 ve 16 yaşlarındaki iki kardeş sunulmaktadır. İlk olgumuzun karın¬daki hematomları drene edimiştir. Her iki olguda da gelişen hemotoraks kapalı su altı drenajı ile tedavi edilmiştir.

Abstract

This article presents two siblings, a 12 year-old girl and a 16 year-old-boy, with type IV Eh-lers-Danlos syndrome who came with episodes of hemorrhage into the abdomen and thorax respectively. The first case was treated surgically for the hematomas in the abdomen. The he-mothorax developed in both of was treated with chest drainage.
