Özet

Birinci basamak sağlık hizmetlerindeki hekimlerin veintörnlerin uzmanlığa giriş ve akademik kariyergeleceklerini belirleyen Tıpta Uzmanlık Sınavı'nınyanı sıra klinik öncesi tıp bilimlerinde doktoraderecesi ile de akademik yükselmeningerçekleşebileceği bağlamında Fizyopatoloji doktoraeğitimine; ülke tıbbına katkıları ile tarihçesinedeğinilmiştir.

Abstract

Considering the fact that PhD degree in pre-clinicalmedical sciences gives the physicians practising inprimary care and the medical interns the opportunityto achieve academic promotion as well as MedicalSpecialty Exam which determines their admission tomedical specialty and their academic future, postgraduate education programs in pathophysiologyand their contribution to Turkish history of medicaleducation were addressed in this study.
