Özet

Amaç: Burdur İli'nde doğum öncesi bakım (DÖB) hizmetlerini değerlendirmek amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve yöntem: Kesitsel tipte yapılan çalışmanın evrenini 18 Ocak 2011 tarihinde, Burdur İli'nde yaşayan 1639 gebe oluşturmuştur. Örneklem büyüklüğü 504 kişi olarak belirlenmiş ve örnekleme çıkan gebeler aile hekimi gebe listelerinden randomizasyonla belirlenmiştir. Veriler, 31 Ocak- 25 Mart 2011 tarihleri arasında, ebe/hemşireler tarafından anket yöntemi ile yüz yüze görüşme tekniği kullanılarak ve gebeden sözlü onam alındıktan sonra toplanmıştır. Veriler SPSS 10,5 paket programında analiz edilmiştir. Analizlerde tanımlayıcı ölçütler kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmada gebelerin tamamı doğum öncesi bakım almıştır; ortalama ilk muayene haftası 9,2 (± 4,7) olup, %85,3’ü ilk gebelik muayenesini 12 hafta içinde olmuştur. 33 hafta ve daha büyük gebeler ile doğum yapmış gebelerin %89,5’ine kan tetkiki, %83,2’sine idrar tetkiki, %36,6’sına Rh ölçümü, %18,8’ine hepatit B antijeni bakılmış; gebelerin %49,2’sinin boyu, %99,0’ının kan basıncı ve ağırlık ölçümü, %24’ünün anne kalp öskültasyonu, %93,7’sinin çocuk kalp sesleri dinlenmiş; %85,3’ü gebelikte olabilecek yakınmalar konusunda, %82,7’si genel konularda, %81,7’si tehlike işaretleri konusunda, %78,0’i emzirme konusunda eğitilmiştir. Sonuç: Gebelerin tamamı DÖB almıştır. Ancak aile hekimlerince verilen DÖB nitelik olarak, bazı parametreler açısından, rehberde öngörülen değerlere göre düşüktür; diğer bir deyişle parametrelerin verilme düzeyi arasında homojenlik yoktur. Bu bağlamda; ilde aile hekimi ve aile sağlığı elemanlarına yönelik interaktif, periyodik bilgi tazeleme eğitimleri verilmelidir.

Abstract

Aim: In this study it is aimed to evaluate antenatal care services in the province of Burdur. Material and methods: 1639 pregnant women living in the province of Burdur on 18 January 2011 comprise the universe of the cross-sectional population study. The sample size was determined as 504 persons and the sample was randomized from the family physician pregnant women lists. Starting on 31 January and continuing until 25 March 2011, data were collected by midwives / nurses applying a questionnaire by face to face interviews after obtaining the verbal consent of the pregnant women. Data were analyzed using SPSS 10.5 package program and descriptive statistics were used.for the analysis of the data. Findings: The study revealed that all pregnant women had received antenatal care. The mean week of initial examination was 9.2 (± 4.7) and 85.3% of the women had been examined in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. The women exceeding 33 weeks of pregnancy and those who had given birth were examined for the relevant criteria as follows: blood examination 89.5 %, urinalysis 83.2%, Rh measurement 36.6, hepatitis B antigen 18.8%; height measurement 49.2% , blood pressure and weight measurement 99.0%, maternal cardiac auscultation 24%, fetal heart auscultation 93.7%; training regarding pregnancy complaints 85.3%, training on general subjects 82.7%, training on danger signs of pregnancy 81.7%, on breastfeeding 78.0%. breastfeeding. Results: All pregnant women had received antenatal care. However, the quality of antenatal care provided by family physicians was lower than the criteria described in the guidelines in terms of some parameters. In other words, the provision of the services was not evenly distributed. In this context, periodic continuing education and refresher training should be provided interactively for family physicians and other family health professionals.
