Özet

Sağlık hizmetlerinin temelini, koruyucu ve tedavi edici hizmetleri içeren birinci basamak hizmetler oluşturmaktadır. En iyi sağlık hizmeti de ekip halinde çalışarak yerine getirilir ve bu ekip içinde sosyal hizmet uzmanları önemli yer tutmaktadır. Sosyal hizmet uzmanları bu alanda verilen hizmetlerin ve ilgilenilen sorunların psikososyal yönleri üzerinde odaklanır. Hastalığa ya da soruna katkıda bulunabilecek olan sosyal faktörleri ya da bireysel öznelliği inceler. Hastalık ve psikososyal sorunlar birbiri ile ilişkili olup hastayı bütüncül bir açıdan ele alan sosyal hizmet uygulamalarının önemi ve ekip çalışması gün geçtikçe artmaktadır.

Abstract

The primary health care that includes preventive and curative care compose the basis of health care services. The best health care service is carried out through team working and social workers occupy an important position within this team. Social workers focus on the psychosocial aspects of the health care services provided and the problems involved. They examine the social factors or individual subjectivity, which may contribute to the disease or problem. Disease and psychosocial problems are related to each other and team working and the importance of social work practices taking a holistic approach to the patient increase day by day.
