Özet

Hemşirelik kuram ve modellerinin hemşireliğin eğitim, yönetim, uygulama ve araştırma alanlarında kullanılması, bu alanlara kavramsal bir çerçeve sunarak temel oluşturmakta ve rehberlik etmektedir. Kuram ve modeller, hemşirelik mesleğinin gelişim ve profesyonelleşmesine katkıda bulunmaktadır. Bu kuramcılardan biri olan Katheryn E. Barnard geliştirdiği Ebeveyn Çocuk Etkileşim Modeli ile kuramını psikoloji ve insan gelişimine dayandırmakla birlikte, teorisinin özünü çevre ve anne bebek etkileşimine odaklandırmaktadır. Barnard çalışmalarını önce fiziksel ve mental geriliği olan çocuklardaki anne bebek iletişimine, daha sonra sağlıklı çocukların büyüme gelişmelerini değerlendirme yöntemlerine yöneltmiştir. Bu olguda Down Sendrom’lu bir çocuğun, bakım vericisi olan annesi ve çevresine sergilediği farklı davranışlar ile vermek istediği mesajın, Barnard’ın geliştirdiği “Ebeveyn Çocuk Etkileşim Modeli”ne göre analizi yapılmıştır. Anne tarafından mesajın doğru algılanması ve uygun cevabın verilmesi ile birlikte anne çocuk arasında etkili iletişimin sağlanması konusuna yönelik hemşirelik bakımı verilmesi bu olgu sunumunda hedeflenmiştir

Abstract

The use of nursing theory and models in nursing care process offers a conceptual framework to this area forming a basis and guiding. The theory and the models contribute to the development and professionalisation of nursing. Katheryn E Barnard who the mother's interaction model and the theory focuses on psychology and human development, as well as on the nature of the baby ınteractıon. Barnard of the first step in their work was the communication of mothers to infants in children with physical and mental stress after that the methods of evaluating the growth and development of healthy children. In this case, the analysis of a child with Down Syndrome was based on the "Parent Child Interaction Model" developed by Barnard, the message that the child with the different behaviors displayed to the mother and the caregiver. It was aimed to give nursing care for the effective communication between the mother and the child with the correct perception of the message by the mother and giving the appropriate answe
