Structure Elucidation of A New Iridoid from Artemisia integrifolia

Özet

The ether extract of Artemisia integrifolia was separated by chromatography and afforded a new iridoid, arteintegin A (6), together with five known compounds, namely chamazulene (1), acetylenes (E)-2, (E)- 3, (Z)-4, eugenol (5). The structure elucidation of the new compound was carried out by 1D (1H NMR and 13C NMR) and 2D-NMR (COSY, HSQC and NOESY) spectral analysis.
