Özet
Her iki gözde 1.5 yıldır görme azalması şikayeti ile kliniğimize başvuran 14 yaşında erkek hastanın öyküsünden sık üveit atakları geçirdiği ve sistemik tedavi almadığı öğrenildi. Sistemik incelemeler sonucunda incomplet Behçet hastalığı tanısı konan hastaya oral prednisolon (1mg/kg/ gün) ve azathioprine (100mg/gün) tedavisi başlandı. Bu çalışmada 30 ay izlem süresinde fulminan seyir gösteren panüveitli bir Behçet olgusuna uygulanan tedavi seçenekleri sunulmaktadır.
Abstract
14 years old boy was admitted to our clinic with a complaint of loss of visual acuity on both eyes for the last 1.5 years. It was learned that he had frequent attacks of uveitis and never had systemic treatment. After the systemic examination he was defined as incomplet Behçet’s Disease and was started on oral prednisolone (1mg/kg/day) and oral azathioprine (100mg/day). In this study, the management strategies in a case of Behçet’s Disease with fulminant panuveitis within a follow up period of 30 months.
