Özet
Amaç: Retina dekolmanlı makula deliklerinde cerrahi sonuçlarımızı değerlendirmek. Gereç ve Yöntem: Makula deliği ile birlikte retina dekolmanı olan 13 göz çalışmamıza dahil edildi. Tüm gözlere 3 girişli pars plana vitrektomi yapıldı. İnternal tamponad olarak 10 gözde perfluoropropan gazı ve 3 gözde silikon yağı kullanıldı. Skleral çökertme cerrahisi 6 hastaya uygulandı. Bulgular: Makula deliği 12 gözde kapandı. Bir hastada subretinal fibrozise bağlı makula deliği kapanmadı. Görme keskinlikleri Snellen eşeline göre ameliyat öncesi p+p+-0.05 aralığında iken ameliyat sonrası 2mps -0.4 aralığındaydı. Görme keskinlikleri 11 olguda artarken, 2 olguda değişmedi. Sonuç: Retina dekolmanlı makula deliği mevcut hastalarda pars plana vitrektomi ve göz içi tamponad uygulamasının pratik ve faydalı bir yöntem olduğu düşünmekteyiz.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the surgical results of macular holes with retinal detachment. Materials and Methods: Thirteen eyes with macular holes associated with retinal detachment were included to the study. Pars plana vitrectomy with 3 port was performed in all eyes. Perfluoropropane gas was used as internal tamponade in 10 eyes. Silicone oil was used in 3 eyes. Scleral buckling surgery was performed in 6 eyes. Results: Macular holes were closed in 12 eyes. Macular hole was not closed in one eye due to subretinal fibrosis. Visual acuity was p+p+-0.05 Snellen lines preoperatively and 2mps -0.4 Snellen lines postoperatively. Visual acuity increased in 11 eyes and did not change in 2 eyes. Conclusion: Pars plana vitrectomy with gas and silicone oil tamponade is an effective method for treating macular holes associated with retinal detachment.
