Abstract

In this study, a Microcontrolled Electromyogram Stimulator (MCEMGS) is designed and tested on twenty patients. EMG signals obtained from the ulnar nerve, when the patients is at rest. FFT method gives good result due to frequency resolution and facilitate calculating continuos spectrum function and imaging signal on the computer when windowing is small and signals sampled is insufficient. In this article, EMG signal curves picked from the results of FFT analyses is called as histogram. These histograms are observed in both time, frequency and time-frequency and amplitude domain. When these histograms are observed, it is seen that an injured motor nerve belonging to sixteen patients because of a low amplitude and short duration of fibrillation potential at this fibres and four patients is healthy
