Economical analysis of combined cycle cogeneration systems using in industrial plants

Özet

Bu çalışmada, birleşik ısı ve güç sistemlerinin endüstriyel tesislerde kullanımının ekonomik analizi yapılmıştır. Birleşik ısı-güç sistemlerinde kullanılan ara buhar almalı çevrim ve karşı basınçlı çevrimin ilk yatırım maliyeti, işletme ve yakıt giderleri hesaplanmıştır. Birleşik kojenerasyon tesisinin ürettiği elektrik ve buharın yıllık parasal değerleri bulunmuştur. Tesislerin yıllık giderleri yıllık gelirlerden çıkarılarak net karları hesaplanmış ve karlılık oranları karşılaştırılmıştır. Sonuçta elektrik fiyatlarındaki artış dikkate alındığında birleşik kojenerasyon sistemlerinin elektrik ve buhar kullanan endüstriyel işletmeler için ekonomik açıdan uygun bir yatırım olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract

In this study, the economic analysis of combined cycle cogeneration systems used in process industries was carried out. The first investment costs, operational costs, and fuel costs of extraction-condensing steam cycle and back pressure steam cycle used in combined cycle cogeneration systems were calculated. The annual monetary value of electricity and steam produced in combined cycle cogeneration systems were computed. Net profits were calculated by subtracting the annual expenditures from annual incomes, and the ratios were compared for these two systems. By considering the increases of electricity costs, results of this study showed that combined cycle cogeneration systems can be an economically proper investment for the process industries that use electricity and steam.
