Özet

Çalışmada, kutu konstrüksiyonlu, tutkalsız ve tutkallı vidalı mobilya köşe birleştirmelerde çekme dirençlerinin karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu maksatla, sentetik reçinelerle kaplanmış yonga levha (Suntalam) ile lif levha (MDF Lam), birleştirme işlemlerinde, 4x50 ve 5x60 olmak üzere iki tip vida kullanılmıştır. Tutkallı birleştirmelerde poliüretan esaslı desmodur-VTKA tutkalı kullanılmıştır. ASTM D 143-83 esaslarına uyularak yapılan deneyler sonucunda; MDF Lam ve 4x 50 vidalar daha başarılı bulunmuştur.

Abstract

In this study, it was aimed to compare the tensile strength of without glue and glued screw joints on furniture corner joints for case construction. For this purpose, the specimens were prepared of particleboard and medium density flberboard surfaced with synthetic resin sheet, in the connection process, two types screw which were measured 4 x50 and 5 x60 were used. In the glued joints, polyuretan based desmodur-VTKA adhesive was used. As a results of the tests which have been tested according to the principles of ASTM D 143-83; it has been obtained that the medium density flberboard surfaced with synthetic resin sheet and 4x50 screws were more succesful than the others.
