Özet

Klippel-Feil sendromu veya servikal vertebraların idiyopatik füzyonunda klasik triad kısa boyun, boyun hareketlerinde kısıtlılık ve dorsal saç çizgisinde düşüklüğü içerir. Bu sendroma eşlik eden çok sayıda asemptomatik anomali bildirilmektedir. Burada Klippel-Feil sendromu tanısı konan 2 olgu sunulmaktadır. Buna ilaveten 1. Olguda dejeneratif disk hastalığı,skolyoz ve Sprengel's deformitesi, 2. Olguda böbrek anamolisi saptanmıştır.

Abstract

In the Klippel-Feil syndrome or idiopathic fusion of the cervical vertebrae, the original classic triad of clinical signs include a short neck, limitation of neck motion and a low posterior hair line. Many associated asymptomatic abnormalities have also been reported. Here we reported 2 cases with Klippel-Fiel syndrome. In addition, we found degenerative disc pathologies, scoliosis and Sprengel 's deformity in the first case, and renal abnormalities in the second one.
