Özet

Amyoplazi veya klasik artrogripozis en yaygın görülen artrogripozis multipleks konjenita (AMK) formu-dur. Karakteristik olarak üst ve/veya a/t ekstremitede görülen konjenital kontraktürler, normal zeka ve majör sistemik bir malformasyon ve kromozom anomalisinin olmaması klasik artrogripozisin başlıca özellikleridir. Burada 8 aylık bir klasik artogrlpozis olgusu nedeniyle AMK'ya tanısal ve rehabilitatif yaklaşımları gözden geçirmekteyiz.

Abstract

Amyloplasia or classic arthrogryposis is the most common form of arthrogryposis multiplex congenita (AMC). Characteristically congenital contractures are seen in upper and/or lower extremity, normal in-telligence, and absence of major systemic malformation and chromospmal abnormality are the main fe-atures of classic AMC. We have reviewed diagnostic and rehabilitative approaches of AMC fo:r a case of 8-months old baby with classic AMC.
