Akut posterior multifokal plakoid epiteliopatili bir olguda optik koherens tomografi bulguları

Özet
Olgu Sunumu: Akut posterior multifokal plakoid pigment epiteliopati (APMPPE) teşhisi konulan 17 yaşındaki hastanın optik koherens tomografi incelemesi yapıldı. Hastanın gözdibi muayenesinde her iki gözde arka kutupta çok sayıda krem-beyaz plak benzeri lezyonlar tespit edildi. Floresein anjiografinin erken döneminde lezyonlar hipofloresan özellikte iken, geç dönemde boyanma gözlendi. Optik koherens tomografi lezyonların bulunduğu bölgede retina pigment epitelinin sınırlarının bozulduğunu göstermekteydi. Retina normal görünümdeydi. Bu olguda optik koherens tomografi incelemesinin sağladığı in-vivo değerlendirme lezyonların bulunduğu bölgede sadece retina pigment epitelinin etkilendiğini, retinanın normal olduğunu göstermiştir.
Abstract
Case Report: PA 17-year old woman with acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epitheliopathy (APMPPE) was examined by optical coherence tomography. Fundus examination demonstrated bilateral multiple creamy-white plaque like lesions in the posterior pole. Fluorescein angiography showed early blockage and late staining of the lesions. Optical coherence tomography disclosed irregular border of retina pigment epithelium in the affected area. The retina was normal. In this case, in vivo investigation by optical coherence tomography confirmed that only the retina pigment epithelium was affected.
