Özet
Otuz altı yaşında bir kadın hasta kliniğimize bulanık gör- me şikayeti ile başvurdu. Fundus muayenesinde sol gözde amelanotik bir lezyon tespit edildi. Lezyon metastatik koroi- dal tümör olarak tanı aldı. Sistemik testlerde vücudun çeşit- li kısımlarında metastatik tümörler gösterildi ancak primer odak bulunamadı. Bu olgu birçok sistemik hastalığın erken tanısında dikkatli fundus muayenesinin önemine dikkat çekmektedir.
Abstract
A 36-year-old woman was admitted to our clinic with blurred vision. On fundus examination, an amelanotic le- sion was found in her left eye. The lesion was diagnosed as a metastatic choroidal tumor. The systemic examination showed multiple metastatic tu- mors in different parts of her body but the primary focus was not found. This case report emphasizes the importance of careful fun- dus examination for the early diagnosis of many systemic diseases.
