Özet

Elli üç yaşında bayan hasta görmede azalma ve metomorfopsi şikayetiyle başvurdu. Dilate fundus muyenesinde sağ gözde subretinal sıvı izlendi. Optik Koherans Tomografi (OKT) ve Floresein anjiografi (FA) bulgularına da dayanılarak tip 2a idiopatik jukstafoveal retinal telenjektazi tanısı kondu. Hastanın sağ gözüne intravitreal pegaptanib tedavisi uygulandı. Tedaviden 1 yıl sonraki kontrolde OKT de subretinal sıvı görülmedi.

Abstract

A 53-year old woman presented with visual deterioration and metamorphopsia. The dilated fundus examination demonstrated subretinal fluid in the right eye. The Idiopathic Juxtafoveolar Retinal Telangiectasis type 2A was diagnosed based on the optical coherence tomography and the fluorescein angiography. The patient was intravitreally treated using pegaptanib. One year later, the subretinal fluid was not seen on OCT in the right eye.
