Özet

17 Ağustos ve 12 Kasım depremlerinden sonra, acil ihtiyaçların karşılanma sürecinin ardından, depremden etkilenen bölgelerde barınma, ekonomik ihtiyaçlar ve sosyal yaşantının eski haline getirilmesi amacıyla, bu doğal felaketin yaralarım sarma çaiışmalarnım çok hızlı bir şekilde yapılmaya çalışıldığını bilmekteyiz. Depremden dolayı hasar gören binaların onarımı ve iyileştirilmesi konusunda, birçok kurum ve kuruluş bilgilendirme ve uygulamalar yaptı. Bu çalışmanın I. Bölümünde onarım ve takviyenin tanımı ile başlanıp genel hatları ile bîr inceleme yapılmış; II. Bölümünde ise Yatay Yükler Etkisindeki çeşitli yapı elemanları açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract

After 1999 earthquakes, first priority was to overcome the effects of that horrible disasters. Actually, it was helping peoples to get them motivated. Then the next step would be housing, economical requirements and social life in those areas. However, structures were damaged by earthquakes, Therefore, they needed to be fixed. Many institutions and foundations were working together in order to do everything much-more faster. All these works were just for people because they did not have enough time to wait for a plate to live. This experimental study includes rebuilding and reinforcement methods. In addition, the second part has informations about behavior of the components of the structures under the horizontal seismic loads.
