Özet
Doğal afetler arasında, yapılara en büyük zararı depremler vermiştir. Bunun için, her an deprem olacakmış gibi hazır olunmalıdır. Yapı yapma fikri daha yeni oluşma aşamasında iken, inşaat sektörü ile ügili tüm mesîek grupları sürekli bir koordinasyon içinde çalışmalıdır. Bu koordineli çalışma neticesinde; 17 Ağustos 1999 depreminin tüm olumsuz sonuçları iyi bir şekilde anlaşılıp, depreme karşı nasıl dayanıklı yapı yapabilirim fikri benimsenmelidir.
Abstract
The earthquake have been cause the disester among the notural disater. The people must be ready for earthquake and the coordination have been provide among the profesion group and constrution sector.. Briegly; how is construct the resist building agairst to the 17 August 1999 earthquake which must be understard and lerant. So, the very strong structure must be construct against the earthquake dusaster and togettcr with earthquake.
