OTA elemanlarıyla çevirme oranı ayarlanabilir ideal transformatör gerçekleştirilmesi

Özet

Endüktans elemanı -ve transformatör ağır ve hacimli olduklarından dolayı tümdevre tekniğinde kullanılmamaktadır. Ancak aktif devreler kullanılarak bu tür elemanların eşdeğerinin gerçekleştirilmesi mümkün olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada uç denklemleri ideal bir transformatöre eşdeğer olan basamaklı tür bir direnç devresinden yola çıkılarak sadece OTA elemanları ile ideal bir transformatör gerçekieştirillmiş ve devrenin çalışması SPICE bilgisayar programıyla test edilmiştir.

Abstract

Inductors and transformers, which are heavy and bulk}', are not used in integrated circuits. However, it is possible to realize such type of components by using active networks. In this study, starting from a resistive ladder network, whose terminal equations are equalivent to those of the ideal transformer, ideal transformers are realized using only OTA's and its operation is successfully tested by SPICE computer simulation program.
