Özet
Metotreksat romatoid artrit tedavisine girmiş en. etkin tedavi yöntemlerinden biridir. Düşük-doz metotreksat tedavisine bağlı pansitopeni gelişmesi nadir görülen bir yan etkidir. Bu çalışmada düşük-doz metotreksat tedavisine bağlı pansitopeni gelişen iki romatoid artrit olgusu sunulmuştur. Bizim iki olgumuz ile birlikte literatürde pansitopeni gelişen diğer olgular karşılaştırılarak, düşük-doz metotreksat tedavisinde pansitopeni gelişmesinde rol oynayabilecek risk faktörleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
Abstract
Methotrexate is one of the most effective therapies for rheumatoid arthritis. Pancytopenia due to low-dose methotrexate therapy is a rare side effect. In this study, we present two rheumatoid arthritis cases with pancy¬topenia due to methotrexate therapy. We aim to identify the possible risk factors for pancytopenia due to low-dose methotrexate therapy and compare our two cases with the other cases with pancytopenia reported in the literature.
