Hemiplejik hastalarda üst ekstremite sorunları

Özet

Hemiplejik hastalarda görülen üst ekstremite ile ilgili sorunlar, rehabilitasyonu olumsuz yönde etkiler. Kliniğimizde yatarak rehabilite edilen 126 hemiplejik hastanın, 116'sında üst ekstremite ile ilgili sorun saptandı. Bu hastalarda, %61.9 spastisite, %47.6 adeziv kapsülüt, %45.2 omuz ağrısı, %30.2 subluksasyon, %23 flaksite, ve %18.4 diğer sorunlar vardı. Rehabilitasyon sonunda hastaların %15'inde üst ekstremite normal fonksiyon kazandı. Üst ekstremitede hiç hareket gelişmeyen 24 hastanın hepsinde üst ekstremiteye ait sorunlar vardı. Üst ekstremite sorunları olmayan hastalarda iyileşme oranı daha iyiydi (p=0.04).

Abstract

The réhabilitation of hémiplégie patients is often prolonged by the problems of upper extremity. One hundred twenty six hémiplégie patients with 116 upper extremity problems were admitted to the hospital. These patients had spasticity, adhesive capulitis, shoulder pain, subluxation, flaccidity and the other problems, at 61.9%, 47.6%, 45.2%, 30.2%, 23%, 19.4% respectively. Upper extremity evaluation of the patients had revealed normal function after rehabilitation in 15%. Twenty-four patients who had no improvement, all had upper extremity problems. The patients with no upper extremity problems got better after rehabilitation than others (p=0.04).
