Abstract

Anterior teeth are one of the most important components of facial aesthetics. Deviousness, caries, diastemas, congenital and acquired anomalies such as fluorosis or hypoplasia in the anterior teeth lead to aesthetic problems. Enamel hypoplasia is irregular losses that occur due to a decrease in enamel thickness. It can also be observed in primer defects of enamel and due to metabolic disturbance or genetic transition. Various restorative applications are preferred in order to be able to perform the lost dental aesthetic appearance of the patient and to provide optimal function. Composite lamina applications have become popular as a conservative and less invasive treatment option along with improvements in adhesive systems and resin materials. The aim of this case report is to restore the enamel defects of the anterior teeth and diastemas of a 24-year-old male patient with direct composite resin lamina applications and to evaluate the aesthetic sufficiency of clinical follow-up.
