Yöneticilerin Güvenlik Endişesinin Hizmet Sunumuna Etkileri

Özet

Üst yöneticilere yönelik gerçekleştirilen saldırıların nitelikleri, amaçları ve etkileri anlatılmaktadır. Koruma faaliyetleri neticesinde kazanılacak faydaların, toplum ve bireysel etkileri ifade edilmektedir. Bu bağlamda koruma faaliyetlerinin önemi vurgulanmaktadır. Üst yöneticilere yönelik saldırılarla ilgili olarak psikoloji, sosyoloji, ekonomi gibi farklı bilim dallarıyla ilişkiler kurulabilmektedir. Koruma faaliyetleri ile diğer bilim dallan arasındaki sözkonusu ilişkilerin sonucunda, güvenlik alanına diğer bilimlerin katkıları sağlanmaktadır. Böylece, koruma tedbirleri yalın bir güvenlik konusu olmaktan çıkarak, güvenlik kavramı içerisinde daha zengin ve farklı yönleri ile değerlendirilmesi açısından katkıda bulunmaktadır. Yöneticilere yönelik gerçekleştirilen saldırıların, çeşitliliğine ve değişkenliğine değinilmektedir. Dolayısıyla, sürekli değişen eylem türlerine karşı, daha etkili ve yeni koruma tedbirlerinin gerekliliği sonucuna varılmaktadır.Ayrıca, korunan kişinin de, güvenlik tedbirlerine uygun şekilde hareket etmesi sonucuna da değinilmektedir.

Abstract

This article is about the effects, the characteristics and the purposes of attacks against the governmental executives. The social and individual effects of the gains that would be obtained as a result of guarding activities are explained. In this context, the importance of bringing the professional guarding methods applied by other countries in the world is mentioned. In the article, the importance of getting assistance from other sciences such as psychology, sociology, economy is clearly explained by discussing the relationship of security concept with each of these sciences. This make it possible to consider guarding not as a sole security concept, but as a concept that should be evaluated with its different aspects . includig the security side. In the article, the variability and variety of the attacks against governmental authorities are briefly explained. In this context, it is concluded that there should be new and effective guarding methods against the continuously changing action plans. It will be also discussed that the person guided should behave in line with the security measures.
