Bilim Dünyasının Yeni Üyesi: Polis Bilimleri

Özet

Bu çalışmada, polis bilimlerinin gelişim süreci, bilimsel konumu ve gerekliliği vurgulanmaktadır. Bu amaçla ABD'de üniversite ve enstitülerde Polis Bilimleri alanında yürütülen mastır ve doktora programlan ile Türkiye'de polis bilimleri alanında üniversite ve enstitülerde yazılan tezler incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü ve Polis Akademisine bağlı Güvenlik Bilimleri Enstitüsünce polis bilimleri için yapması zorunlu uygulamalar vurgulanmıştır.

Abstract

In this study, developing process, scientific situation and necessities of police sciences are stressed. Therefore, the Ph.D. dissertations are written at universities or institutes in police sciences field in USA and Turkey were examined. Also some implementations which must be done by Turkish National Police and Institute of Security Sciences at Police Academy for new member of world of sciences are emphasized.
