MODERNDEN POSTMODERNE DOĞRU POPÜLER KÜLTÜR

Özet

Bu çalışmada modernizmin ve postmodernizm kavramları birbirleri ile kıyaslamalar yapılarak irdelenmiştir. Belli bir dönem için geçerli olan, hızlı üretilen ve hızlı tüketilen kültürel özelliklerin bütünü olarak özetlenebilecek popülerizmin toplumsal faaliyet alanlarındaki varlığı tartışılmıştır.Popüler kavramının, farklı boyutları araştırılırken, kavramın günümüz toplumsal yapısına ve sanatına yansımalarını irdelenmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmada, postmodern dünya kavramının geçmişe dair gerçekleri yeniden sorgulandığı ve hüviyetleri parçalandığı ön kabulünden hareketle popüler kültür ve bu kültürün toplum üzerindeki yoğun yaptırımı sanatsal üretim temelinde sorgulanmaktadır.

Abstract

In this study, "Modernism and Postmodernism" concepts were examined comparatively. The existence of popularism, which can be summarized as the complete cultural characteristics that are created and consumed fast for a certain period, in social activity areas, is discussed. While the different aspects of concept "Popular" were examined, the reflection of the concept to current social structure and art was studied. Popular culture and the intense enforcement of this culture on the society were questioned in the study on the basis of cultural production by the preliminary acceptance that the previous realities of concept "Postmodern world" were questioned again and the identities were broken down.
