Özet

İdeoloji, modern devletlerin ortaya çıkmasından beri, eğitim alanında politikalar oluşturmada önemli bir rol oynamıştır. Eğitim politikalarının, eğitim politikaları ve eğitimin yapısı üzerinde olduğu kadar, doğrudan eğitim üzerine de önemli bir etkisinin olduğu yadsınamaz bir gerçektir. Tüm toplumlarda sanat dönüştürücü bir güce sahiptir. Birçok iktidar toplumsal ve siyasal dönüşümleri sağlamak için oluşturdukları kültür politikalarının uygulanmasında sanatı bu özelliğinden dolayı bir araç olarak görmüşlerdir. Sanatın bu işlevle kullanılmasının iki önemli sorunun oluşmasına sebep olduğu söylenebilir. Bunlardan birincisi, toplumsal değişimi ve dönüşümü etkileyebilecek olan belirli sanat dallarının özgül koşullarının ve sanatçının işlevinin değişime uğramasıdır. İkincisi ise toplum içinde sanatın biçimlenişinin ve çözümlenişinin değişime uğraması olmuştur.Bu çalışmada sanatın ideolojik ve toplumsal koşullar ile ilişkisi ele alınarak Türkiye örneğinde 1980 sonrası sanat, kültür, eğitim politikaları ve iktidarların konuya yaklaşımı irdelenmiştir. İdeolojilerin sanat eğitimi üzerindeki rolleri bağlamında yapılan mevcut uygulamalar incelenmiş, mevcut durum saptamaları yapılarak Türkiye'de uygulanan sanat eğitimi ve ideoloji ilişkisinin sonuçları tartışılmıştır

Abstract

Ideology has played an important role In the field of education in creating policies since the emergence of the modern state. As well as on the education policies and structure of education that there is a significant impact on direct education that is an undeniablefact. Art, has a transformative power in all societies. In this study, by taking the relationship between the ideological and social conditions of art and arts, culture, education policy and the approach of the power to this subject is examined In the case of after 1980 in Turkey. Current academic studies were discussed In the context of thearts, culture, education and their roles on the ideologies. Current status determinations were analyzed and there sultstherelationship between art education and ideology that implemented in Turkey were discussed
