Batının Ermenistan'a yönelik politikası

Özet

Batının Ermenistan politikası, Büyük Orta Doğu projesi ve Orta Asya enerji rekabeti ile birlikte değerlendirilmelidir. Bu bağlamda Batı, Rusya ile stratejik rekabeti düşünüldüğünde kendi içinde ortak bir hedef birliğine sahiptir. Ancak, hedefler konusunda belli bir örtüşme olsa da, “öncelikler” ve “yöntem” konusunda görüşler farklılaşmaktadır. ABD politikaları daha çok “kaba güç” temelli ve girişken bir nitelik taşırken, AB “yumuşak güç” unsurlarına ağırlık veren ve daha tedrici bir yol izlemektedir.

Abstract

The Armenian Policy of the West should be evaluated with The Greater Middle East Project and energy competition on Central Asia. In this context, considering its strategic competition with Russia, the West has a common target unanimously agreed within itself. In spite of the fact that the Western countries have overlapping targets to some extent, they have different views about the “priorities” and “methods”. United States foreign policy mainly depends on “hard power” politics and tends to be more offensive, while the European Union try to use “soft power” and follow up more cautious and gradual tactics.
