Abstract
The main purpose of the study is to try to understand the explicitness, disclosure, information, positivity, exhibitionism typologies of Byung Chul Han within the framework of the concept of privacy in Muslim societyand the sense of veiling in the context of a Han's conceptualization. In this context, the sub-purpose of the study is to examine the perception of privacy in Islamic theology with its personal, spatial and information dimensions. In addition, as a sub-category of privacy, veiling is to try to read through the concept of negativity society. It can be said that privacy in the Muslim community and social outcomes related to it can be analyzed in the category of Han's negativity society. It should be said that in the part of the study's perceptions of veiling, negativity society themes such as 'border', 'distance', 'order' come into prominence. However, the change of the concept of veiling has been explained within the framework of Han's positive society typology themes (self-disclosure, lighting) by taking the postmodern period feature to the center. Finally, it can be said that Han's themes explaining the postmodern period did not substantially change the perception of privacy and veiling fed by a traditional and institutional religion. However, it can be concluded from the data on the field studies mentioned in the last part of the research that the concepts of boundary, distance, and other perception have changed.
