As a result, it has been determined that the majority of teachers of the RCMK are satisfied with working in this school, but they have experienced some difficulties due to the fact that they did not take any lessons for special education in theology undergraduate education, they were not provided with sufficient guidance and the teaching materials prepared in this field were insufficient. RCMK teachers especially emphasized the need for a curriculum and textbook for hearing-impaired students.
