Özet
Koroner girişimler sırasında akut trombüs gelişimi önemli bir sorundur. Oluşan trombüsün çıkarılması için birçok cihaz geliştirilmiştir. Ancak bu cihazlar her zaman elde bulunmamakta, bulunsa da uygulamaları zaman almakta ve maliyeti arttırmaktadır. Bu yazıda kılavuz tel üzerinde oluşan trombüsün stent balonu yardımıyla çıkarıldığı bir olgu sunulmaktadır.
Abstract
Thrombus formation can be encountered during coronary interventions not infrequently. There are some devices improved in order to remove the thrombus but these methods are generally time consuming and expensive. In this report we present a case in which the thrombus that is formed during the interventional procedure was removed out with the balloon of the deployed stent.
