Özet

Bu vakada sol dal bloklu geniş QRS’li taşikardiyle gelen, 34 yaşında kadın hasta sunuldu. Elektrofizyolojik çalışma ve ablasyon işlemi için 3 boyutlu haritalama sistemi kullanıldı. Anterolateral bölgede mahaim potansiyeli bulunduktan sonra, bu bölgeye başarıyla ablas-yon uygulandı. Üç boyutlu haritalama yöntemi elektrofizyolojik çalışma ve ablasyon işlemi için etkili ve güvenli olup, floroskopi süresi-nide düşürür.

Abstract

The case report presents a 34-year-old women with a wide QRS and a left bundle branch block pattern tachyarrhythmia. The electro-physiologic study and the entire ablation procedure were performed using a three-dimensional mapping system. After Mahaim poten-tial was located at the anterolateral tricuspid annulus, successful radiofrequency catheter ablation was performed. Electrophysiological studies and catheter ablation can be safely and effectively performed using a three-dimensional surface-electrode-based navigation sys-tem, which allows to reduce the use of fluoroscopy.
